Placer County Water Agency wants local not state contol over water

Directors of the Placer County Water Agency expressed strong opposition to any State legislation that would reduce protection of PCWA’s area of origin water rights that imposes added costs upon the agency and customers or places State mandates on the use of water by agency water customers.
